The service was good and the rooms were reasonably large with a nice view over the town, an enormous balcony, a jacuzzi. Location: the hotel was adjacent to shala river / komani lake as well as the restaurant.

The guestrooms at Luani Arte were really comfortable and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep, like a flat-screen TV, cozy linens, and even slippers. The room was elegantly decorated and had modern furniture, making it feel really cozy and inviting. The private bathroom was also great, with a choice of a bath or a shower and free toiletries provided. I especially loved the air conditioning and the fact that the room had a hot tub and a tumble dryer - it was like a little luxury getaway!
One thing I liked less was the tile/marble floor in one of the double rooms. It felt a bit cold and slippery at times, which I didn't find very comfortable.

Free breakfast, airport shuttle, spa facilities, and a terrace. Great for both business travelers and tourists. Loved the Turkish bath and hot tub.
Who needs fresh bread for breakfast anyways? A 30-minute walk to the city center keeps me fit, but the spooky neighborhood adds excitement to my evening strolls.

I recently stayed at Luani Arte in Shkodra for three nights and had an incredible experience. The hotel was excellent value for money, with a spacious and clean apartment and a comfortable bed with cotton sheets. The highlight was the stunning mountain view from the huge terrace. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and marble floors. The jacuzzi bath in the room added a touch of luxury, and the gold accents on the decor were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel as one of the best in the city.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating during our city trip. They offered us an early check-in and also gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast was impressive, with a great selection of vegetarian options and even a breakfast-to-go on one of our busier days. The hotel was also located in a quiet area with beautiful views of the nearby mountains.
The hotel's location wasn't the most attractive and the walk to the city center could be a bit spooky at night. We also had some issues with the hot water in our room, which wasn't always very hot and took a while to come through.

The hotel was clean and offered great value for the money. the apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable with soft cotton sheets. the large terrace offered a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was located far from restaurants and businesses, requiring a car or taxi to get around. there was a lot of noise outside the hotel at night.
